13. I (accidentally) underate for so long my hair was falling out

I struggled to lose weight following the birth of our second child. With our first, the weight just fell right off, but the second time around I wasn’t as lucky.

Running, which had previously worked for me, stopped working all together. So I decided my nutrition needed a complete overhaul. But I accidentally took the overhaul too far. I extreme dieted and overtrained for almost 2 years.

The weight came off, but so did my hair. Listen in as I unpack years of beliefs that led to an extremely slow metabolism, that even years later, I’m not fully “healed” from.
